1. To begin, find a quiet space where you feel safe. Sit before your grid with an open heart, and take a few deep breaths to center yourself and enter a state of calm presence. Hold the intention of harmonizing the divine feminine and divine masculine energies within you, the receptive and the active, the intuitive and the structured, the dreamer and the doer. Connect to the feminine and masculine currents flowing through your being. Focus your attention on sensing their subtle flow. 2. Place your crystals on the grid. As you place each stone, infuse it with your intention of reuniting your polarities within.
3. Once all crystals are placed, activate the grid by gently tracing lines between the stones with your finger, a wand, or your mind’s eye, connecting them energetically.

During the whole process, use your intuition to create and activate the grid. 

Leave your grid assembled as a living altar, an energetic embodiment of the sacred union between the divine feminine and divine masculine within you. Return to it daily, even for a few moments, to attune yourself to this inner harmony.
