PRE-ORDER: Simply add an item to your basket, as you would for any normal order. The Delivery window is announced on the shopping page. Follow the checkout process, as normal.
PRODUCTION: It’s the alchemical stage. We open a production window. During this period, your item is carefully made to order.
DELIVERY: Estimated delivery is within 3 to 10 weeks from the date of your order. You’ll receive updates as your order progresses.
